Reward Members
Members can redeem their earned petals on Stay, F&B and Events with our participating properties as listed on our site.
Reward Petals are valid for a period of 3 years. The user can redeem the petals anytime during the period of 3 years subject to blackout dates such as festive seasons.
Once logged in, the petals can be redeemed or checked upon on this website itself.
Petals
Everytime you spend with us via this platform, you earn petals. Petals are points which you can exchange for your spends.
Reward Petals are valid for a period of 3 years. The user can redeem the petals anytime during the period of 3 years subject to blackout dates such as festive seasons.
For example: everytime you spend above ₹ 1, you enter the silver membership by default.
Silver Tier
On cumulative spends up to INR 2,00,000, you becomes our silver Member & earn 0-2000 petals. You earn 1% on rooms & 1.5% rewards petals on Restaurant on every settled bill.
Gold Tier
On cumulative spends from INR 2,00,001 to INR 10,00,000 you become our Gold Member & earn 2001 - 25000* petals. You earn 2.5% on rooms & 3% rewards petals on Restaurant on every settled bill.
Platinum Tier
On cumulative spends from INR 10,00,001 & above you become our Platinum Member & earn 25001* petals. You earn 5% on rooms & 5% rewards petals on Restaurant on every settled bill.
1 Petal = ₹ 1
Social Banquet Bills across participating properties will earn flat 3% Also the same will not be considered for tier/ slab upgrades

Happy Hours at the Cake Shop from 6 PM onwards - 50% discount excluding merchandise and retail items.
Happy Hours until 9 pm at all participating restaurants and bars - Buy one drink and get another one complimentary of the same value on limited brands.
Other Benefits
20% discount on Spa Treatments, Massages and Salon Services.
20% discount on the Best Available Rate of rooms on direct bookings for Members and their guests.

Member's Day – Avail a 50% discount on the food bill and a 25% discount on the beverage bill for a table of up to ten (10) guests.
Wednesday
Ladies Night – Buy one drink and get another one complimentary of the same value for a table of up to ten (10) guests from 10:30 pm to 1 am at Merlin’s Bar.
Thursday
Member's Night – Buy one Whisky and get another one complimentary of the same value (IMFL / Imported) for a table of up to ten (10) guests from 10:30 pm to 1 am at Merlin’s Bar.
